EXECUTIVE BOARD
PRESIDENT
Jackie Olesen Our President is our leader! She ensures that everything is running properly and as it should. Running Chapter meeting, running rituals, and keeping in contact with the University are just some of her duties. NEW MEMBER EDUCATOR
Sydney Bryant There is a lot to learn when joining a sorority. There is history, core values, and general operations. This is where our New Member Educator comes in! She educates all new members through their process and crafts them into future ADAs! SECRETARY
Grace Parsekian There is more to running a sorority than meets the eye. There are meeting minutes, records, and documents that must be properly handled. Our Secretary handles all of the background procedures and without her we'd have no organization. |
TREASURER
Emily Hoover Anything that deals with money goes through our Treasurer. She guarantees that all bills are paid and that we have funds to operate. Collecting dues from sisters and balancing our budget are just some of the tasks that keep her busy. ACADEMIC
Eris Brown Academics are a top priority, it is why we are in college after all! Because we want all sisters to be successful, we have a position dedicate to keeping us performing well. She recognizes those who are doing well and helps those who are struggling. |
CHAIR POSITIONS
RECRUITMENT
Emma Tebo Here is someone who eats, breaths, and dreams recruitment! Recruitment runs all of our recruitment events that you might be attending! She also coordinates Formal Sorority Recruitment every fall. If you're looking to join, you're sure to meet her! SERGEANT AT ARMS
Hannah Graves Safety is important and that's where our Sergeant at Arms comes in! She oversees our Risk Management Plan and also our Accountability Point System. You'll usually see her making sure the house is up to code and that all our fun is safe fun. MEMBERSHIP
Emma Tebo The best part of being in a sorority is all of the sisters you get to hang out with! Our Membership plans all our sisterhood events, such as Easter dinner and Secret Santa during the holidays. She helps keep us a close knit group of sisters! PANHELLENIC REP.
Calum Johnson & Eris Brown All seven sororities fall under the guidance of the Panhellenic Counsel. Both of our representatives attend each Panhellenic meeting and relay that information to us. They make sure that our Chapter's voice is heard in the sorority community. |
ACTIVITIES
Jordan Ball Homecoming, and Greek Week, and Winter Carnival, oh my! There is a lot of planning that goes into all of these University events. Because of the hard work our Activities puts in, we are able to have some fun competing and hopefully are bringing home a trophy! HISTORIAN
Calum Johnson Our Historian does exactly what it sounds like: keeps records of our history! She can be found photographing all of our events to look back on in years to come. She also creates our yearly composite to be hung in our house to look back on after graduating. PUBLIC RELATIONS
Annika Olesen Public Relations is all about "spreading the word of ADA". From maintaining our social media presence, to making posters to hang all around campus, our Public Relations makes the word of ADA known to all! |
SOCIAL
Hailey Bedard One of the great benefits of Greek Life is getting to meet your fellow Greeks! Our Social keeps us connected to the Greek Community by planning socials with other fraternities and sororities. PHILANTHROPY
Emily Hoover Giving back to the community is our passion! Our Philanthropy coordinates service events, such as Adopt-a-Highway. She also plans our philanthropy events where we are able to raise over $1000 every year to give to various charities! HOUSE MANAGER
Annika Olesen House Mangers are responsible for keeping up with Alpha Delta Alpha's Chapter house. We rely on her to maintain the appearance, function, and safety of the house on campus, as well as to help create a sense of shared responsibility and community within the house. |
